I tend to think the vegas has a ballpark estimation of how much overall money they expect each game to draw. Once the ratio of money gets tilted enough on one side vs the other (with the overall expectation taken into account) - then the line shifts. The other two factors would be their 'early line' and the money taken in before that adjustment..... as well as significant individual bet size plays. Originally Posted by loveofsports
