Nice start to the day with NoCo.
NoCo covers, but after a nice comeback at the end, they should have won. Their best player travelled while taking the ball out of bounds with the lead and seconds left and a chance to ice it if he could have inbounded it. Too early in the morning to be thinking straight.
Any referees out there? Don't referees remind kids that they can or cannot run the baseline before handing them the ball to inbound?
Or maybe I am just thinking of kids' basketball where they do that?

Lange promised a much improved defense headed into this year, that has proven to be false. Have had sporadic injuries with key guys at times. Daly being out is never good - offense is much more fluid with him in the line up. They continue to bomb from 3 at an alarmingly high rate which can pay off if you hit a decent percentage, but similar to last year they haven’t. Haven’t been impressed with new pieces including Bishop who I was very high on preseason. Biggest issue to me continues to be on the defensive end and that’s a recipe for disaster when you start your season with Auburn, Kansas, Tenn, Nova, URI, Bonnies.
For those who were in this thread last year, EIU/Murray rematch tonight of the epic Murray 2h collapse last year (50-23 w/ 11min left in 2h and lost)...

The back to back matchups have been the toughest to wrap my head around. weird season
Yes, thank you! Wish we could get more game feeds. Some of the pre games have yielded some useful info but it's always so last min. Hate that feeling in the gut when you're on a play and then u hear how they weren't able to get together to practice....ugh OK appreciate your thoughts and I'll go back to lurkin quietly, ty
