    Rider / Drexel

I've never seen either team play and don't know a single player or coach on either staff. However Rider is 6-4 overall and 4-1 at home. Drexel is 2-6 and 0-4 on the road and riding a 5 game losing streak. Also Rider's final score avg is +2 while Drexel's is -9. The line I'm seeing is Rider -5. Any reason I should bet on them?

Rider looks the "logical" choice when viewing the stats. But the disparity of early competition is large.

I have Rider shooting just over 48% from the floor, but that's against defenses rated 306th in the Nation. Drexel is shooting a dismal 37%, but thats against defenses rated 15th in the Country.

Rider should capitalize on Drexels inability to hold on to the ball, but thay aren't a particularly good FT shooting team.

All in all, I don't feel comfortable using Drexel here as my model has them winning by 3. I feel equally uncomfortable with Rider, but I think the 6 is a big number in this matchup.

With a gun to my head, it's Rider, but probably no play for me.
