    I think back to that stretch on Saturday in the 2nd half where VCU had 4 shots, 3 of them layups and one a 3 pointer, that were all the way down and somehow rolled off the rim. There's no way in hell any of those shots should not have gone in.

    I think this is a plausible explanation. Especially with so many balls slipping out of the cylinder

    Dee that is exactly how I was explaining it to people out with me last night. I remember playing as a kid at a park with a single rim on one end and double on the other. It was put there after someone tore the rim down. It was a given that when you won you always went the way of the single rim. It was always a battle to win that first game so you could get on the good rim.
