    PHI is an example of a badly coached team. There is no reason why Iverson, Webber, and supporting cast shouldn't make a very good team. And no excuse. The motivation will be there today, but will it be enough? I got PHI+7.5 -110 and CHI-6.5 +100, with 50% more on PHI.
