    Boston Today

Public is pounding the Lakers to the tune of almost 70%. Classic overreaction to the loss against PHX.

Pierce should be back and healthy, so I like Boston in this spot.

1x on the +3 and .25x on the ML +130ish

I'm on Boston (+3). Both teams looked ahead to this Sunday matchup. Boston always comes amped in marquee matchups. So far, Boston has had statement games against the Heat, Magic, Bulls, Knicks, Spurs. In those games, they're 8-2....with the two losses coming in Chicago (w/o KG) and Orlando (w/o Rondo).

This afternoon, I see KG containing Gasol...and Rondo blazing by Fisher and Blake for easy drop off passes to the Celtics' big guys.

This game has even more meaning than most Celtics/Lakers games. After last year's loss in game 7, every Celtic has had that memory haunting him and this is their first chance to get some measure of revenge. Shaq has made no secret that he felt that he was treated wrongly by the Lakers and he signed with the Celtics with the main thought of winning another championship to keep Kobe from being one up on him. Perkins felt the loss even more acutely than his teammates because he knew that if he could have played the outcome would have been different and there was nothing he could do to help his team. Expect Perkins to crash the boards hard tonight and be a beast on defense.

    LET'S GO CELTICS!!!!

Great win for us Celtic backers!!! Called this right after the Celtics lost by a landslide in Phoenix.

Doc and company don't care at all if Kobe scores 40+. Gasol and Bynum were both contained pretty well for the most part and Artest was plain awful. Anyone notice the rebounding disparity??????? Boston with 43 to LA's 30!!!

Now time to root for the Over in the NO/Phx game.
