Will the NBA help out some struggling teams today?

Toronto - 9 game losing streak and a very winnable game
Indiana - 6 game losing streak and a very winnable game
Utah - 6 game losing streak and a very winnable game

I'll be posting the ref assignments later to try and determine if "homer" refs have been assigned to any of these games.

It looks Toronto will be getting some much needed help as the low line of -2.5 suggests, imho.

Reffing the Toronto game will be: James Capers Home team ATS 24-12, Tommy Nunez Home team ATS 20-11-2, and Jason Phillips Home team ATS 17-18-2.

While Phillips hasn't been a homer ref this year, three out of the last four times he's reffed a game in Toronto the Raptors have not only covered the spread but won outright.

It looks like the Raptors game will probably be eight on five which is just what the Raptors need to win right now.

reffing in the Utah game has an advantage towards Minny. SJ55 has a good write up in his thread, which includes the statistics

I noticed that and Indiana's refs favor the road team too, imho.

Pacers will need 4-5 refs working for them to cover 6.5 imo! The Pacers shouldn't be laying 6.5 to the Washington Generals right now?
