Is it just me, or do fast-starting 1Q

Almost always lead to a game under, and vice versa?

Seems like there's live money to be made there -- so many games that have 50+ point first quarters seem to slow down significantly, and a lot of 40-point first quarters seem to lend more points later in the game.

Will be putting your theory to test on my Under 197 Memphis - Utah game....

    Decently slow first half.....

BTW, your 5-point rule I think is a great idea as far as Over/Unders go.

I think you have to take in account that the bench scoring might not be as productive as the starting lineups.
