    Today's play is on:

Boston Celtics (-3.5)(-105) vs. New York Knicks. 6.3 units to win 6.

My logic here is that NY has been beating avg teams while Boston has shown consistent wins against a tougher schedule. Of the 5 starters on the floor for each team, I think Boston wins the advantage in 4 out of 5. Shaq is out for tonights game, but I think that might actually help Boston. Amare is a much faster and craftier play than Shaq, perhaps big baby will be able to stay stride for stride with him better than Shaqtus. There is a ton of hype on NY for this game, with them winning 8 straight. They also play Miami in their next contest. I know Boston is not a team to overlook, but you have to wonder if NY is already thinking about the big 3 coming to town. I can see NY dropping this game tonight, and then coming out with a vengeance against the Heat.

Boston Celtics 2H (-4.5)(-110) vs. New York Knicks. 3.3 units to win 3

Just looking to get a chunk back if the Celtics fall short tonight. Still have a good chance because their shooting 56% vs. 50% from the Knicks. I think boston might win on a buzzer beater, or else keep it close. I don't see them getting blown out here, unless Amar'e keeps playing lights out. But can he really shoot 77% in the 2H?? we'll see

    Final Score:

    Boston: 118
    NY: 116
    Loser -6.3 units

Fell short by just 1 basket. It was really a well played game by NY and the absence of Shaq really proved to be a great way for Amar'e to keep the game close

    Winner +3 units

Should of put 6 units on this, but I was too afraid of having an EPIC losing night. I won't complain about -3.3 units for the night, it's a long season

Thank You. sorry we didn't cash on the game man, Boston just didn't outplay them until it was too late in the game. Had NY missed 1 more shot, we talk free throws and the Celtics probably win by 4 or 5. On to the next one

Loser -6.6 units Well, tied at the half, the Knicks just did not play 2H ball. They looked like Boston took all their energy away the other night. Tough loss but I WILL bounce back

Loser -4.6 units Indian Cowboy was wayyyy off with this one, it was going Under the posted total after half the first quarter. just airball after airball. I look for IC to bounce back strong tomorrow. I will be right back on him again!

    Today's play is on:

Milwaukee Bucks 1Q (-.5)(-115) vs. Utah Jazz. 5 units to win 4.35

I am going to hop in the Milwaukee Bucks 1Q tonight because they are playing a Utah team that down right stinks 1Q. Milwaukee has played great ball in the last 5 games, and has come out to good starts in most of their home games this season. Utah played last night and got absolutely worked over. Most of their starters did not get a lot of minutes, which means they will probably be rested. I think that's why this line is only -.5, because I am really seeing a 1Q that should be -1 or -1.5 with how bad Utah is early on in games.

New York Knicks 1H (-3)(-110) vs. Cleveland Cavaliers. 5 units to win 4.55

I think this is just a mismatch here. The cavs can't stop Amar'e down low, which is going to open up the 3 ball. Cleveland already has the worst 3point D in the league, and NY's starters can shoot the ball. NY usually wins the 1H on the road by 2.5 points, and Cleveland usually loses the 1H at home by 3.7... I like the Knicks by 5 in the 1H, there D is not very good but they transition the ball better than the Cavs do and I think they will have the better tempo early on. I can see them getting tired in the 2H and possibly losing the game SU

Miami Heat 1H (-7)(-115) vs. Washington Wizards. 5 units to win 4.35

I just don't see this Wizards team being able to put up any points against Miami. They traded away 17.3 ppg and 5.6 apg when Gilbert got sent packing to Orlando, and Wall is out again tonight. that's 34 ppg total between the two players. with 35% of the wizards total offense missing, I just can't see them getting anything going against a great defense. The wizards also average losing the 1H by over 7.5 points, and the Heat usually are on top at the half by over a few points. I like to Heat to have a nice 10 point lead at the half tonight, and cruise to a 100-80 type victory. My only fear with taking the full game spread is that Miami's starters are going to be on the bench resting by halfway through the 3rd quarter

I hate bodog lines. I just hate them. This line was at -2.5 everywhere except the one place I am allowed to get lines from. awesome. It's been a rough week for me, down 20+ units. Looking for a bounce back soon

I really wish the knicks play cashed because it would have been a great bounce back night. but I have hit a rut and 1-1-1 for the night is something I will have to be happy settling with. on to the next one

Portland Trailblazers (-3)(-105) 1H vs. Golden State Warriors. 5 units to win 4.76

Portland is 8-2-1 1H ats @ home and Golden State is 4-10 1h ats @ road. Looks like a good matchup. Roy out should help this offense because he really was playing at like 60-70% max. I like Portland by 5 here.

Sweetjones has hit a real rut, unfortunately I tailed him hard this week. I think I will be staying away from his plays for a little while, he needs time off from capping to get his head straight and relax. This is very stressful, I can only imagine how hard he works. Take some time off, SJ!

Just a real small play here, but I do like the over because it was 4-1 in the last 5 meetings between these two teams. The reason it's a small wager is because it is a day game and I hate taking over's in day games (3pm in Cali)
