    Los Angeles Clippers To Hold Equality Night February 2




    The Los Angeles Clippers announced today they will hold "Equality Night with the Clippers" at their Feb. 2 game against the Chicago Bulls, which the team said will be the first lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender themed night at an NBA game at Staples Center.

    Everyone attending Equality Night with the Clippers will receive a T-shirt specially branded by the Clippers for the event.

    Tickets are $20 and $40 and can be purchased at clippers.com.

    A portion of the proceeds of each ticket will go to Equality California, a lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender civil rights organization.

    "These events are important opportunities for visibility in the professional sports sports world and I'm honored to work with the Clippers to bring it to fruition," said Cyd Zeigler Jr. president of Outsports, which bills itself as the premiere media outlet for gay sports fans and athletes.

    pure garbage. give both teams 100 points and put 1 minute on the clock. will take 20 minutes just to finish with all the timeouts and shit. basketball sucks.
