I don't know what the big deal was when they brought him in. What did he do with superstars in Phoenix?? Nothing.

I don't like the Knicks but they need a coach who focuses on defensive. All those offensive weapons will find a way to score without running that fast pace offensive all the time.

knicks will still be a threat in the east because billups is a coach and general on the floor. Dantoni is a loser

I knew the Knicks -1 line was fishy.... fixed?

Why would the books make Knicks -1 on a weekend? There's tons of dumb Knicks fans who blindly bet Knicks just because they're watching the game at the bar. They could've made it -3.

It was best to stay away.

Knicks might win this game, they can score at will when they want to. It will take some time for them to build some chemistry. Nothing happens overnight

These guys act like they've never seen an nba game before. double digit leads are not shit stop getting so comfortable with your bet. knicks are down double digits but they can easily get back into this game its a matter of a few buckets

Like the Celtics last night, the Knicks will make a game of this and possibly win.

    Bucks are choke artists.

    28-11 2Q Knicks.

Sometimes, getting your ass kicked early is the perfect wake-up call for a sleep-walking team.

people who bet on the Knicks to win are dummies imo, and deserve to lose.

This is the team that lost 3 games to the cavs this season, and has a 50% record since the trade.

Yet for some reason many people still want to pretend that they're a good team

IMO the Knicks should have never made a trade during the season. They blew the teams chemistry when the trade was made. I know they wanted Anthony, but why not wait till the offseason as he really wanted to go to NY as it is.

I doubt D'Antoni will get fired in the near future. Everyone knows his system will generate a modest amount of wins but will never win a championship. What he brings is excitement. It's too early to tell if Melo fits in the system, maybe one or more pieces and the Knicks will be back in the game. Its taking Miami's big three an entire season, maybe more to learn how to play with each other, I don't see the knicks doing any different.

Vinny...don't compare Miami's big 3 or should I say Wade and Lebron with Knicks good players

Both are 10x the players Melo and Stoudemaire are

And Dantonis' style of fast pace will continue to sell out the tickets at MSG with these players. Nobody ever said Dantoni was going to bring a defensive mindset to the Knicks, and anyone who thought different needs to put down the pipe. Dantoni is all about run and gun, and play no defense.
