    Do we need to have accounts at all 5? I only have accounts at 2 of those books. Can I enter just those accounts and play for 40% of the prize like in the summer MLB bracket, or am I out of luck?

    You can play for 40% of the prize if you want to, but will be unable to add other books toward your prize eligibility if you end up in the money.
