Personally, I don't trust them to cover. But from a match-up stand point, they should take the game. With that said, it's a no play for me, don't know what NO team shows up and what CHA shows up, especially at 11 am.

always check the night before to see what game on the next day.
The over is looking decent. I'm hoping that they will keep up the pace.
