1. Houston under 182

Portland was just knocked out of the playoff race last night and declared that their season ends in 7 games. No way do they show up for this game with urgency. On the other side, Houston's defense has been blamed for their recent struggles and they intend to work on tightening up their defense for the playoffs. They lock down tonight as they try to hold on to a playoff spot against this mentally defeated Portland team who got dominated late last night by Kobe.

2. Cleveland under 198

Basically just going by my numbers here. Cleveland plays good defense at home and don't need this game so pace will be slow IMO.
