to the bench. what about being on the bench allows this guy to get his game going? something is different about him when hes the 6th man.

I think he might feel as though coming in off the bench, he is being relied on to score. When a player is a starter, there really is no incentive to strive for. You know u will recive your minutes, as a bench player, he wants to strive to score as much as he can while hes in.

This is a great fit. He certainly adds a new demension coming off the bench. I believe he won 6th man of the year a few years back.
