Lebron is number one ... If he had Gasol, Bynum etc on his team he would win a ring each year to fit each one of his fingers.

The fact that he won another MVP is proof of this

Bryant wouldnt make top 5 but would squeek in at around #8 or 9

I don't know how Kobe could be number 2 on your list.

Michael and Wilt have to be 1 and 2

He would be in my 5-10. It's hard to put him in the top 5. There have been so many great players, I have more respect for his game rather than Lebron's as well. Kobe is by far the top player of this decade though.

I don't see kobe ever exceeding MJ, not in rings, not in stats, not in any way shape or form.

Another worthy thing to note, Kobe scores points, but he's never looked like Michael doing it. There's a reason his nickname is Air.

"I'VE JUST SEEN A MAN FLY!!!" comes to mind rather quickly.

Russell at number one would be Ludicrous. Magic, Jordan & Kobe are 3 of the top ten players of all time. There's never gonna be a 'right' argument, but I'd center it around rings.

When Jordan got six he let magic know that he had one more than him

I can not see Shaq over Kobe ever. I see Shaq as a top 20 player and perhaps to some a top 10.

Not in the top 5 until he gets 7 rings. Reason being he has either been the second fiddle or had by far the most talented "supporting cast" every time he's won it.

I would say in no real order besides MJ at number one, Magic, Bird, KAJ, Wilt, and Shaq are all ahead of Kobe. I don't see how you can put Kobe ahead of Shaq. Shaq has 3 Finals MVPs and Kobe has 1.

Kobe has the most talented supporting cast? Buddy, look at the Mavs, the Spurs, the Suns. If you put Lebron on the Lakers they would get destroyed by the Suns. Lebron's jump shot is a joke compared to Kobes. You have to have a jump shot if you want to get far against west coast teams.

You know the Cavs are way deeper than the Lakers? LA's bench is a joke besides Odom.

BTW, Jordan played with one of the 50 greatest players in NBA history and so did Magic.

Shaq rode D wades rooster to a ring, after he went to the two best players in the world, he visited Lebron, next he will try Durant

Wilt is not even a top 20 player of all time. Watch him n film. The guys that played in the NBA then were a joke, comparable to a D2 college team besides about 20-30 stars. and like 5-10 superstars. Way more superstars today wayyyyyy better players.

shaq is the most dominant center of our era, and he did it going up against guys like robinson/ewing/olajuwon who are all-time greats at the C position

not like wilt who went up against 6'6" centers in his era...its like you going up against elementary school kids

im not discrediting kobe, i think hes great and top 10

LOL at anyone saying "shaq rode 'player X's' jock to a ring"...theres a reason why a single superstar hasnt won an NBA title by himself...teams need 2 stars to win, and shaq has been a bonafide star in this league prior to his Phoenix/Cleveland days

The only other people that can be ahead of Kobe are Magic and Bird. I say he's fourth as of right now.

hes def top 5 and lol at cavs being way deeper than lakers

who is so great off the cavs bench? odom>>anybody from cavs bench. also lakers are arguably better at every position than the cavs other than small forward.

shaq couldn't SHIT without kobe/wade too, same as pau who can't even win a SINGLE playoff game until he paired up with kobe
