    Lots of people are just going with the prior champs at home "bounce back" angle but if you look at recent NBA finals plenty of teams lost multiple games at home to the better team.

    2021 - Bucks won 4 straight after Giannis was healthy.
    2019 - Raptors won 2 straight at GS, then clinched series at GS in game 6.
    2016 - Cavs won 2 of three at GS, then clinched series at GS in game 7.
    2014 - Spurs won 2 in a row at Miami, then clinched series at home in game 5.
