No one's blaming anybody. They're just pointing how facts. Capt Jack was terrible. Nelson played well. Both assessments are true. Just enjoy the Magic win. It was as easy as it looked

Guys, take note at Jackson's performance tonight. He was a whiner in GS who couldn't handle the pressure, and now he's going to turn into a cancer on the Bobbies. They'll be good fade material early next year.

And also remember. The f*cking books KNOW THAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR RLM OR NO MOVEMENT. It's the playoffs, there are 3 games a day, and they want to trick the sharp money, not the public. They couldn't give a crap about the public come playoff time. They want to trick the sharps. Watch for big public plays with no movement or RLM. It doesn't necessarily mean that some sharp pounded the other side with good money.

Every time I see this kind of game, I wonder about line movement. I took the Magic (x2) on the ML (documented in my thread, and independent of line movement), but I agree that everything about the line sitting stagnant screamed a Bobcat cover. The thought that occurs to me is that Vegas, being very aware of how a lot of sharp bettors watch lines, will do everything they can to ensure their bottom line is as fat as possible... Usually that means taking the public's money, but other times it has to mean attacking the sharp bettors as well.

It does them no good if they rob the public blind if they just give a lot of it back to people in the know... I would bet that today a lot of books took a LOT of money from a group that are otherwise very successful bettors. The important thing to remember is that the books don't care about single games. They care about long term cash flow in their direction. If the Cats burned you today, don't let it make you shy away from what is otherwise a winning strategy.
