So what about this:
Bring all the NBA teams to their training facility. Put them together with 1 proven corona virus carrier and let them have a good time, party, game, play some ball, whatever they want. As soon as 1 player starts feeling sick, test him and once it's confirmed he has the virus, let this outsider leave the facility. Then, continue to let the players do their thing for the next 2-3 weeks (don't let them have visitors and don't let them leave). After this period, everyone will have caught the virus and gotten rid of it. Since the players are all young and super fit, they won't have any damage from the virus and some of them will not even have felt sick. Some other will have had some discomforts, but not unbearable.
Let all NBA teams do this in the same time-span in their own training facilities. After this, all players will be immune and ready to go again. They can play out the season without fans. Camera crews, referees, coaches, all of them can be there without any risk of being infected by the players or infecting the players themselves. As long as the group stays under 50 in total it's within the rules.
In this scenario the league could resume before the end of April easily. Same goes for NHL and MLB obviously. What am I missing here?
