LOL. Their job is to predict. Prediction is awful. This was big controversy at the time of the draft that they are not picking Euroleague MVP and Europe champion MVP. If you are taking gamble against all indicators you can be genious or out super fast.

Ginobili is the only one I can think of that got drafted at a young age and had success in Europe (won the Euroleague I think). He's not European of course.. But he was massively overlooked -like Doncic.

I agree with that . Rubio was awesome arround 18 , when he crushed junior championships. In grown man basketball his lack of physics went out. Regarding that NBA is even more demanding. Bad comparison to Luka. Other references about guys and he is stronger and taller.

Rubio has carved out a pretty nice career for himself. Darko & Tskitishvili never made it big anywhere -even their national teams lost interest in them pretty quick. The lesson from this is if you can have success with the big boys as a kid then your going to be something special. People fall in love with wingspan/ hops/ potential and then look past a winner when it's proven multiple times.

That's also because they go to garbage dumpster fire teams coached by idiots who are desperate to keep their jobs who use them sparingly and never give them any real minutes to perform. Been a problem for years. As European League coaches do a better job at hiding their players weaknesses.
