How good would this nba season be if warriors didn’t exist

Yeah you’d have some favorites, but if you took the warriors out of the nba, you could make a case for 10-12 teams to make a run, more than any other year in the last 20+ years

That’s why many believe they’ve ruined the nba

Sad to disappoint you. But Warriors would have been in the last two finals WITHOUT KD, may not have won the Finals, but it would not have changed much.

    A. Not so sure that's true. Down 3-2 to an injured team with Kd. And think they would've lost the year before in finals. But even with that...

    B. I am strictly talking about how wide open THIS season is (after the warriors) never been this many potential contenders.

    C. Even if the warriors make it, they don't feel unbeatable, and like it's a pre determined outcome. They were down 3-2 to okc and needed an amazing performance by klay to keep em alive.

    D. We would see the true greatness of curry etc he would have to play his top game for them to win, instead of them giving C+ effort and steam rolling the NBA

Lastly not sure how you don't assume they win the finals, but assume they make it when their two toughest matchups were before the finals last year in NO and Houston

Be way more competitive that's for sure... Warriors too good.. Might as well give them the title again now.. Can only hope KD and Step have season ending injuries soon...

That team was stacked with all stars.. Not fair...

Put the breathing tank down, get out of the chair and get some fresh air bud.

If they taught you had to read in the dump truck trailer park hick town you’re clearly from, youd realize I would’ve loved the warriors team to be with curry and klay.

Seriously, 1k your way if you can prove you have at least an average IQ. In writing right here lol

When KD left OKC the GSW team was automatically stacked.. Warriors are a dynasty right now just that simple.. With Cousins there now this team is gonna be scary good.. Getting unfair and automatic title domination now..

This is an NBA caliber All Star team 1 thru 5!!!

It’s always good having a dominant team makes sports better

Can make it boring if all playoff games are a blowout and you are not a Golden State Warriors fan or a fan of team stacking.. Rest of the us may lose interest if it becomes to dominate...

Lots of teams of named players have come together at the start of a season and NOT won a championship. Until the Warriors won their first championship no one thought a primarily jump shooting team could win it all. It wasn't until they won that all this unstoppable talk and guaranteed outcomes have come up. So if KD joined the Warriors this year all the teams would still play as if they had a fair shot, because no one would know how good the team would play TOGETHER. Some star studded teams are flops. I still believe if this same GS team played like most teams play, isolations/pick and rolls/throw the ball inside, instead of fluid like GS does, that the Warriors would be beatable, but their style of play also plays a part in their dominance. If they ran the OKC offense no one would think they are unbeatable. OKC is hard to watch despite their talent. Too much of a one man show and 4 others standing around waiting on something to happen

Oklahoma City is one of the worst teams in the NBA, it will not be easy for Golden State plus injury have to factor in

This is old news. Probably true but a tired debate. Just make your futures bet on the Warriors every season and count your money. It's really not that hard.
