2018/19 NBA Thread - SiMON2g
Been finding some nice angles recently in live play. I will post some plays before tip off, but keep an eye out for the live plays aswell. Just gunna keep this thread to post my picks and keep my record up to date so I can track it. Also so can get some different perspectives on games/teams/positions to help throughout the season.
Likely not to be too many plays early in season, keen on watching how teams get into their groove and watching how many of these lineups mesh.
Live Plays
Golden State @ Denver - Golden State +5.5 1x unit =
I took the points with GSW when they were down 8 odd points, given that they can quickly make 2-3 shots and have had the game in reach I saw value here. Also put a small bet on them to win but came up short which is fine.
Houston @ Clippers - Houston +6.5 and Houston +7.5 1x unit on each =
Kind of a lackluster Houston, but know way are Clippers good enough to blow them out especially with Lou shooting so poorly. Harden was bound to make some buckets and found Capela alot for easy buckets, it was too many points for Clippers to hold Houston away with for too long so I saw value here and doubled down, when i grabbed +6.5 and +7.5, and I was also going to throw another unit at it when it went to +8.5 and on Harden over 26.5 when he was sitting on 22 points but didn't go for either. Felt I had enough down already.

Memphis @ Utah - Utah +8.5 @ $2.08, taken early in the 4th when Utah went down 11. 1x unit =

was able to get Philly -1.5 when they were up 2 midway through third, and got Pelicans early in second when they were down 6.

Not too much for me today I think, will keep an eye but not forcing anything.

Minnesota @ Toronto - Minnesota +11.5 @ $1.90 - 1x
They gave up quite a few points early especially in 1st, but fought back to make it a close 2nd(29-28) they seemed to have round a better rhythm and Thib will be killing them for their defense. Hopefully come out for a strong second half, likely still lose this game but too many points here I feel like Toronto will win this by 3 or 4 buckets.
