Please Explain To Me How The Cleveland Cavaliers Can Beat The Toronto Raptors?

All Cleveland has... is Lebron James.

    Toronto has...

    1. 2 Amazing Guards

    2. Deep Bench

    3. Great defense

If somehow Cleveland wins this series... there is a serious prejudice in the NBA. If I was Toronto... I would file a lawsuit. There's simply no way Cleveland can realistically win this series. They have no one.

Let's leave it here for a minute. They might find a connection to Russian spies and organized crime.

Lebron James. Since when does the best player not win in the NBA?

Craptors are his whipping boys and every post I see about how good they are makes me laugh. Every post I see about "NBA is rigged if cavs win" just makes me sad.

This pretty simple math, best player in world vs a incredibly average team with 2 fringe all-stars ya'll trying to prop up to a status they have and never will achieve. = Cavs in 6.

The answer is pretty simple, the 3 pointer. Last year the Cavs hit 183 three pointer to Toronto's 81. Overall the Cavs shot 32.2% from beyond the arc in the first round, furthermore the Cavs only shot 34% from 3 without a defender within 6 feet of them! They start hitting open shots and they will win, Toronto has to be smart and play them the same way Indy did in terms of helping and staying home on 3 point shooters

He doesn't have to play like that every game, just for 4 out of the 7. I see no reason why he can't do that?? Cavs getting nice odds on the money line in the games in Toronto, I'm gonna count on bron to steal one of those 2 or game 5 so they can wrap the series in 6. Hopefully they do it right out the gates but whatever, at +230 I will chase cavs till they get a W on the road this series!!

How many double digit leads did Cleveland have on Indiana.... and then Indiana cut it down to only 3 points or fewer???

Toronto won't mess around... more experience than Indiana.

If Cleveland wins this series... major conspiracy in the NBA. Only obvious.

Toronto is a notorious playoff choking team. Wouldn’t surprise me at all if Cavs take the series in 6.

Toronto only has 1 stud and it's derozan

However Lowry fatass will probably have a hell of a series. Clarkson and hill are garbage

Refs and preferential treatment aside, cle struggles against teams with better or higher fire power than they have

They've completely abandoned defense and just try to outscore teams. That's why they get destroyed by teams like Houston and golden state

Toronto isn't a high powered offensive team, they're built more on balance. Cle has a chance against any team that doesn't match or exceed their firepower

much weaker cavs team this year, toronto has gotten better with much better bench, i pretty much agree that cavs shouldnt win but I dont agree with "2 great guards". Lowry isnt great by any stretch of the imagination.

Rotation gets cut down - starters play more minutes - bench is a bit overrated come playoff

Lebron better than derozan and lowry. Wouldn't say cavs a lock to make it to the next round but hard to bet against the goat.

I gotta agree. Fatigue will eventually play a factor. That game 6 in Indiana was a complete give away. Does seem like Lebron and company wanted that game 7 at home in Cleveland. 7 game series sell more tickets and increase profits for owners and players. Conspiracy theories abound, but yeah, weird shit happens all the time in the NBA. I wouldn't be surprised to see this series go to 7 games too.

Teams and the league stand to gain much more money from longer series but not in the form of ticket sales. That's peanuts compared to the marketing and ad space revenue they garner for each prolonged game

looking over Raps roster it doesnt look so cut and dry for Raps advance really but they do have more physical guys down low, this will really be about floor spreading for Cavs and them making 3's not sure they have enough guys this year who will get that done. Bron averaged 34, 10, and 7 last series, he'll need even better than that this series because he's just not gonna get enough from the supporting cast. yesterday he said he's burnt not thinking about raps just wanna go home lol alright buddy boy you have about 28 hours before you have to lace em up again. raps rape in Game 1.

Lebron James is all that's needed .When he penetrates to the basket, HE CAN'T BE STOPPED!! When his shot is falling, nobody is better.

Boy people here really think this Cavs team is good. The wizards were tough for Toronto because they had 2 good guards. The cavs are shit. They won't get any rebounds. They have no options. The raptors will let James do what he wants and then he will get tired in the fourth quarter.

You said it all with this line. Raptors are notorious chokers and there's some sort of Canadian voodoo that is preventing the Raptors from getting to the finals. Drake also a bad luck charm as Lebron feeds off him and brings his A+++ game.

Raptors fate lies in Fred Vanvleet as weird as that sounds. What he's doing for the Raptors is akin to Jeremy Lin's magic in NY once upon a time ago.
