    Pacers literally have a higher point differential than Cavs this season. Cavs also have the worst defense in the East playoffs.

    If Cavaliers were down 0-3 I'd still take the Cavs because they have the game changer known as Lebron. Stats are meaningless when you have the best player in the NBA and arguably the greatest player in the history of the NBA. End of story.
