    Nothing personal AD..hard claim to make to be
    two types of people(lawyer,juror) when its
    virtually impossible to be both in America.

    IDK if both sides think they have a good case they might want a lawyer on the jury

    I've seen an attorney at jury duty selection and he was excused because he said he knew the defendant, not because he was an attorney

    If an attorney would try to get out of jury duty then why should anyone serve?
