    LOL... went to a meeting at 11am... bough a 6 pack of stella artois on my way out... downed 2 in 10 mins under the noon sun! stopped at a friends house to finish the rest

    started training jiu jitsu and doing yoga last week and partying hard will only take away from my stamina, energy and general lung/heart condition for intensity

    i calculate if I stick to this and carry on with the 5+2 diet... ill be ripped with a 6 pack on my belly in july, just in time for my 32nd bday!

    id like a 3some that day, its been a while since I had 2 chicks at once
