    Seems like an anomaly.

Tough one. I was looking up Lakers/Rockets in '86. Houston won 4-1. Amazing stat was Magic averaged 22pts 8rbs and 16 assists! for the series shooting 53% in a losing effort. Problem was 23 yo Hakeem destroying Kareem averaging 31, 11 and 4blks. So easy for people to forget how good Magic was because he wasn't a pure scorer. I watch the old all star games on nbatv where he has like 22 assists in 30 minutes. Amazing.

Or the warriors gassed out from having the greatest regular season of all time and then had to work just to get to the finals with curry banged up, draymon green missed 1 game out of 7. Warriors had a game 7 @ home and lost jj, cleve came back from down 3-1 but according to the haters it was a gift.

#1 seed swept 4 times in conference finals...

The #1 seed has been swept 4 times in conference finals in 68 years between the 2 conferences and only 3 times in a best-of-7 scenario...

    1949 Western Conference -- #2 Minneapolis Lakers (44-16) sweep #1 Rochester Royals (45-15), 2-0
    1970 Western Conference -- #2 Los Angeles Lakers (46-36) sweep #1 Atlanta Hawks (48-34). 4-0
    1977 Western Conference -- #3 Portland Trail Blazers (49-33) sweep #1 Los Angeles Lakers (53-29), 4-0
    2015 Eastern Conference -- #2 Cleveland Cavaliers (53-29) sweep #1 Atlanta Hawks (60-22), 4-0

There have been 7 sweeps in the Eastern Conference finals and 13 sweeps in the Western Conference finals regardless of seeds participating...

The Celtics are a .500 team at best based of talent. Signing Horford and drafting Brown with the #3 pick were bad choices because these players don't help you beat the Cavs.

Ref should stop the game on the grounds of mercy.

The most amazing thing is that game still may crawl "over" despite Boston's 30 or smth at HT.
