Tough call on ATL yesterday, they didn't show up at all. Loving the play today though. Line has moved into Milwaukee's favour, but I still like the play nonetheless.

Tip-off


For both the Boston Celtics and the Milwaukee Bucks, this is their second game in as many nights. The Celtics (28-18) blew out the Orlando Magic while the Bucks (21-25) will be reeling after a loss against the Toronto Raptors.


Luck of the Irish


The Celtics have won two games in a row which has helped them gain ground on the Cleveland Cavaliers who are in first in the Eastern Conference. The Celtics are no slouch on the road and have maintained a record of over .500 with 13-10. Since 2010, the Celtics are 13-8 against the Bucks and 6-4 in those matches in Milwaukee.


On the injury front, the Celtics will be getting back Al Horford who has been a consistent presence down low. They will still be without Avery Bradley. But as long as the team has Isaiah Thomas continues to play like an all-star, the team is in good shape.


Against the spread, the Celtics are 7-3-1 in Milwaukee in their last 11 games and 5-2-1 in those games which they were the underdogs. The Celtics are 13-7 in the second game of their back-to-back this season and 11-8-1 ATS.


Hunting season


The Bucks need the tables to shift in their favour, and fast. The have lost seven out of their last eight games and have seen their season slip into sub .500 territory. At home this season, the Bucks are 13-11. Before their losing skid, the Bucks were proving that they were an exciting young team to watch. They had won 5 out of seven games before their momentum came to a screeching halt.


The Bucks have been playing well on offence, but their defence is at fault for their current play. The team has given up over 100 points for 13 straight games.


The Final Breakdown
The Celtics are on another level this season when compared to the Bucks. Even on the road, Boston is in a good spot regardless of who they face.

Big win from Boston in OT last night. The ending seemed a little fishy to me and I was worried the Bucks would sneak in a win, but we'll take it!
