It's ok sending Durant to G.S.

The guy would make them worse in my opinion. He never drives to the hole. Absolutely worthless Durant is. Sells products... but sucks on the court.

GSW will be more dominant if they add Hassan Whiteside than they would be if they added Durant

Looks like the Rockets are going to get Durant, Conley and Horford. Rumor has it Parsons may come back to H-Town as well. Dwight is going to reup on a 2 year 60 million dollar deal.

We don't even have different teams with a shot who make the Finals. The Magic, Nets, Pacers, Jazz, OKC, Seattle, Philly, and the Knicks. 16 teams that have made it in that time. Now we have Boston, LA, GSW, Miami/Cleveland, OKC, Spurs to even make it and it's only going to get worse since he went to Miami.

Obviously a gap in years, but if you think the bottom 25 of the league make it anytime soon you're crazy. Maybe LA and Boston, who isn't bottom. Those two never stay out for long. Obvious it's becoming a 4-5 team league where free agents go to win. Not even close to the 90's and first halfish of the 2000's

No small market like the Jazz, Pacers, Suns, Magic, Philly, Nets even have a shot now.

If Kevin Durant went to Golden State, they could be the softest team of all time.

Golden State is proof that a team can win through the draft, Cuse.

It's not as easy, but they managed.

    Curry
    Thompson
    Green
    Barnes

    All drafted.

7 teams from 96 to 2014 winning it all. I would put my life on the fact that no more than 7 different teams make the finals in the next 7 years.

They did a great job drafting, but once in a lifetime that the chips fell their way. Rubio and Flynn over Curry. It won't happen again like that for a long time, you would think. Now with the landscape of the NBA, even the Spurs, who are great in the draft are signing max players and adding guys like West and Diaw years earlier.

    Jimmer went right before Klay.

Just think it's so much different now. LeBron invented the Big 3 and the NBA ran with it. GSW actually drafted all of theirs.

Love is a bum though, should have kept Wiggins and could have been two drafted. Either way, he went to a team he left in shambles, after he realized Kyrie was a young superstar and he could talk them into whatever he wanted. Just not the NBA I grew up with. So many loyal superstars that stayed until past their prime.

My typing is terrible, apologize. Editing a lot, but my thumb half works.

Pierce was Boston from the start. KG, and Allen played over a decade with other teams in mediocrity. It was one last hurrah like Malone, Barkley, Payton and others attempted. Though Allen went and saved LeBron in Miami. Really different, but doubt you will understand. LeBron will shop around until retirement because he needs the accolades. KG hung out in Minny, Pierce in Boston, and Ray with the Bucks and Sonics.

I get that the term started there, but different in what LeBron did.

Cuse many of us including myself grew up in a different generation but it's time to get with the times. The 24 hour media sports cycle and social media was not there before this new generation and the pressure to win was nowhere near as high as it is now. That's why KD will carefully make his fecisuon, because the pressure on him to win a ring is immense

Rumor has it that Durant is going with San Antonio Spurs. This man is from Texas like Aldrige. So it's a possibility.

As a Laker fan who wants Whiteside badly, even I'd be pretty excited to see Whiteside on the Warriors.
