With Monta Ellis out for tonights game, as well as a slew of other players for the Warriors the oddsmakers have the home team as a 6.5 favorite.
Sac has been terrible lately going 0-5 SU and 1-9-1 ATS - now they are catching 6.5 points?
I got a call from the Gun Shot Wounds, they want me to suit up. A scout saw me last week dribbling the ball at a nearby court. I dribbled twice before dribbling off my foot and they offered me a 10 day contract.
I would not ever underestimate GS covering the spread in this spot or any other. That team is not overly talented or deep, but they will compete for 48 minutes. I mean that team plays hard each and every nite and has made me some good coin this year against the spread since oddsmakers are underestimating them every nite. They are 24-17 ats spread this year and haven't won may games so more proof they are underestimated ATS. Taking golden state at home ATS as a dog has been a cash cow this year.
Now I realize this is a road game and with their injuries I expect them to get pumped at some point. Sacramento's woes have been mainly attributed to the recent road team and getting Kevin Martin back. They have been in a funk since he retured.
IMO, I liked the under of 221, but it has lost value in the last hour down to 219 1/2 at most shops. I most likely will not play a side here. I can't get a handle on this game. Just keep in mind if GS struggles a little with the jumper tonite they will get routed even against Sacramento.
Either way I think the Warriors win this, Maggette is possesed lately & Biedrins is getting better, too much for Sac to handle, Martin has poisoned that team.
Their is no freaking way the kings are 6.5 points better than the warriors unless we somehow traveled through time and chris webber and mike bibby are still with the kings in their prime. I don't care how many d-leaguers the warriors have right now. Warriors cover this one.
just took a look at the referee's for tonight's contest, the 2 lead refs are a combined 17-5 on the over for games set at 205+ (42-34 overall in favor of the over)
true that kings are playing more stiff so many close games that you could have won but didnt now theres almsot no way they can get into the playoffs with their record..warriors on the other hand are playing loose and having a good time on the court
