An "exacta" bet on the NBA Championship.. Like to bet on which Eastern Conference team will play which Western Conference team and who will win. Is there a name for this type of bet and are there any sportsbooks that offer this?

I am not sure what book offers the exacta but I can almost guarantee you are far better off finding a book that offers fair (tough to find but 5dimes comes to mind) eastern/western conference odds, parlay those two, then roll it over to the championship price.
