    He made the playoffs with a team meant to tank. The guy is a great great coach. I think he has one of the safest jobs in the league along with Steve Clifford. Pop/Carlisle/Spo don't really count as they've been around for a while and obviously aren't going anywhere anytime soon.

    Best young coach in all of sports. And I'd argue he's a top 3 NBA coach right now. The Celtics will be a force in the playoffs the next 5 straight years.
