Blazers were up 21 in the 3rd quarter, and lost by 14. They lost a similar game earlier this season to the Pistons when Detroit outscored them by 30 in the 4th q.

But tonight was a fluke. They've lost 1 game like that in the last 14 years. 107-1 at home when leading by at least 20 in a game since 2002.

The 4th quarter has plagued them this year, it seems. But to respond to the OP, yes I think they are on the right track. I have a lot of respect for the coaching staff and front office. Good things to come.

One of the better 2nd half teams ats. If they're down at the half, at home it's almost automatic.
