Why do people still attend Sixers' games?

They are an embarrassment to the NBA. They should have to play in an empty arena. Unreal how people actually pay money to see the garbage that's on the court

Because they've already bought seasons tickets and can't give them away.

Boredom or when it's a good team in town.

I'm going to see the Warriors next month.

I would take a loss on that investment and spend those three hours doing something much more enjoyable

Depends on the game. I saw the Bulls last month for 10-15 bucks. Upper level but decent seats.

I remember when the Rays were really bad, use to open up the Trop and let everyone in for free around the 7th inning!...

I remember when the Clippers sucked big time. You could call them and ask them what time the game started that night and they would say, "Well, what time can you get here?".

I just don't get why anyone would go? It's true though. Kind of embarrassment.

I remember when the Pistons were doing bad.... people laugh at you... oh... you're going to watch the Pistons play? You're an idiot.

Every franchise goes on up and down swings. It just depends on how long it lasts. I get that their product is a pile of donkey feces. But the 11 year old going to a game with his dad doesn't care they're 1-27. You don't need to be competing all the time to go to a game. I still went when the Cavs were winning 20 games.

Good friend of mine works as The Senior Premium Account Manager for the Sixers. Surprisingly their season ticket base is at about 6000. It's nice to go down there, see some of the opposing teams that are doing well, have some cocktails and have a good time.

Did you know that Will Smith is a co owner?

Agreed. A good buddy of mine in Philly has some good connections around there. We generally catch a few games every year in a suite. Always a good time

There's plenty of tickets for under $20. Good company and some drinks and its not a bad outing.

Many people like my self enjoy paying $13 a beer and watching a number of men beat teenagers with allegorical crowbars.

When your team sucks tickets are very cheap for great seats. And you are surrounded by real fans.

it's not like you're paying $100 for a ticket, you can literally get tickets for $8

tickets might be $8 but the food and beer wont be discounted. If you dont eat or drink anything, then I would agree a cheap night.
