The next 20 series we couldn't even buy a win. We had way more losses than wins.

That said, even with great systems like yours, we have to tread lightly until things get back to the way they were when these formulas were developed. I completely agree. Covid, empty stadiums, and regular game postponements were never factored into any of my backtesting, how could they be? On that notion alone, I was surprised to see anyone attempt to play this system, or ANY system for that matter, this season. This logic goes for all sports right now.

Last year I cannot blame the pandemic because we were down 50 units before the league shut down. I would call it just a one-off. We had 6 straight years of profit before 2019-2020 so that was just an anomaly or a correction if you will.
This year yes I blame it squarely on the pandemic like what you said.
