What would be your sleeper pick for the NBA Champ?

I was thinking about betting the Spurs but I noticed they are now 5-2 at Bovada. I still might go with that but the Clippers at 25-1 seems to be a decent bet. Thanks.

True, the NBA is normally about the chalk, but the West appears so wide open this year. Just not sold on Golden State. Nor am I sold on Atlanta in East.

Grizzlies or Rockets if Conley/Gasol/Howard are healthy.

I like the Clippers, they are playing great basketball at the moment (won 13 of 14) and their terrible bench wont be getting too many minutes in the playoffs.

Look who they've beaten in this streak though... It's hardly impressive when you consider the opposition they've had. This team has loser DNA in them in the playoffs. I'd be surprised if it ever happens for them but I guess it's "possible".

Why bet some crazy risk factor and gurantee a loss. Either dont bet on it, or take the obvious teams. Spurs, golden state etc

Sleepers need not apply; it's the Cavs or the Spurs. Anything else is burning money.

You rarely get underdogs winning the NBA Title,it's very different then the other Sports in that sense.

The Clippers are 17/1. I think they are a good value play.

Additionally, at +865 to win the West, I think they could beat either GSW or SAS.

The clippers do look good but I still think they're lacking defense to win the big games

Only team thats considered a sleeper that has a realistic shot at winning it is the Clips...but they won't.

    this.

There is less parity in the NBA than any other professional sports league.

    Chalk always wins.

If you are looking for a sleeper try NHL or MLB...

nobody expected the Royals to be in the World Series or the Kings to be in the Stanley Cup last year.

Taking any of the last 5 teams is just throwing money away. I wouldn't take any of them +10000000000000000000000000000.
