Look for this evening's third game of the Suns, Spurs series to have plenty of scoring. Play the Over when Phoenix meets San Antonio in the Alamo City.

The Spurs have seen the Over go a surprisingly profitable 70-47 the last 117 times that they were coming off a double-digit loss. Its not as suprising to learn that the high-scoring Suns have seen the Over go 69-43 (61.6%) when coming off a double-digit victory.

The Suns have also been a profitable Over team when listed as road underdogs in this range. In fact, the Over is 17-8 the past three seasons when they've been listed as road underdogs in the +3.5 to +6 point range, including a 5-1 mark this season. Consider a play on the Over.

I think the under is the play myself in this game.

I like the 1st half under, myself. I think the Spurs come out with a defense oriented gameplan and hold Phoenix to 20 or under in one of the first two quarters. I'm thinking it goes under 100 in the first half but the over for the game hits.

For the record, I'm teasing 4 points to get SA at -.5 and the Over of 197. Apparently, the under has been getting nailed, as the total is at 201 at my book (after sitting at 202-202.5 for the last 24 hours...
