    Can we discuss this game in detail a bit.. I'm from MN and long time wolves/KG fan but don't you think wizards will be looking to avoid a 5th straight loss? I went to bed wanting to lay a large bet on the wolves with this homecoming game(sold out) but I woke up thinking that the wizards are going to walk away with this one and can't believe they are underdogs even though wolves have been balling as of late since the all-star break

    Gortat and nene should have their way with the wolves.. John wall a tough guard for anyone, and beal may be back tonight

    On the wolves side, everyone will be playing with added motivation in Garnett's honor but also will be playing with no true back-up PG, only Zach lavine..

    What's your take on this game?

    Wizards will be flat in this atmosphere. Pierce will be hugging KG.
    KG is going to buy the team they say.
    Don't overthink this. KG is a warlock. He isn't going back to the locker room
    without the win. First put on the Wolves jersey in 1995. Now he puts it on again.
    NBA is first and foremost entertainment, especially during the regular season.
    This is the storybook ending to Garnett's career. He had the opt-out, so it means
    he wants to be there. You want this ticket so you buy it, win or lose.

    I like wash to cover the spread. They have had some tough losses are becoming more desperate for a win as they stop down the standings. Desperation mode brings out the best in players. Twolves are a team wash can handle

    Yes, I was thinking Washington all day but the spread of -2 is too low for me. I can see the refs giving Kevin Garnett and the Wolves the W in the end.

    I got news for you. NBA players don't give a crap where they finish in the standings.
    All they care about it making it through the regular season healthy and not burnt out
    and ready for the playoffs. 3rd, 4th, 6th, 7th, doesn't matter at all to them. They are
    a lock for the midsection into the tournament.

    The line says Wolves, and this is a decent bet for them to win, but I'm not saying it's a big play,
    my comments are directed toward the OP who is a fan and wants to bet the game.. all i'm saying

    Are you losing your cool??? Snowball is correct. Vegas sets the lines, not bookies. They just pass them along and adjust them as they take in $. Besides, Like I have posted many times, the lines are only there to scare you away, at the end of the day in any game, who wins?? Last night was a perfect example.

    my bold prediction is the washington wizards underdogs by 2 and i really think they could win this outright just because its the wolves and then again its the wizards... but the pick here is the washington wizards +2
