    Ok. Here is what I'm thinking. Urban street food is exponentially becoming bigger than ever, and my niche has to be people taking a second shot after a failed restaurant stint, now they are going to be on a food truck, or a trolley, depending on demographics. I need a steady flow, with varying fast increments. The rythm needs to be upbeat and even pump-up. My people can take care of that bacon. I need vocals and even bars. Picture your lyrics running up a hill and constantly having a micro dip And macro rise. Almost as if it is a methaphor of a struggling business, and eventual dream coming true.
