    Atlanta (-7) even if it lose

    Atlanta only (-7) against Portland....
    There is no way people won't put money on it...

    Yesterday Portland opened (+6) against cleveland, and now will open (+7) against Atlanta.
    Make no sense, unless is a trap

    For some reason there are a lot of people who like to fade Atlanta... I personally have been cashing tickets on them the past two weeks. even the last two games where they didn't cover I had them teased instead... they've been an incredibly solid play. Gotta think they will lose at some point... if they don't here then when?

    Really tough stretch here for Portland. They played in Cleveland yesterday, play in Atlanta tomorrow, and then have to go to Milwaukee on Saturday. I just think Portland matches up bad with Atlanta. Atlanta has a good frontcourt and depth, two things Portland doesn't really have.

    Imma wait until it goes down to -6 before I place my bet on the Hawks. I like the low line here. Just two 3-pointers for the best team in the league. I'll take it.

    another angle is how will Damian Lillard play now that he knows he is left out of allstar league. He really wanted it in my opinion. What do you guys think, how will it affect his game.

    According to books Atlanta is hardly better than Cleveland so I don't see how this is surprising. They wouldn't make a 32-14 team a 9 point dog or whatever.

    I like Portland a bit. Been cold lately.

    He's been struggling from what I've seen, maybe this is what he needs to kick it up a gear.

    Must say he deserved to be there. Chris Paul getting in is such a joke. Shoulda been either Lillard or Conley instead of him.

    Atlanta could be up by 5 points with 1 minute left in the game and it could come down to whether Portland decides to foul and if the Hawks can hit their free throws

    If Atlanta played Cleveland tomorrow on neutral court the line would be pk, or maybe Atlanta-1/1.5. Not saying it's right, but that's the way it is.
