    i hope kobe leads the league in scoring the next 2 years
    then the lakers resign him for 5 more years at 80million a season
    then they will be capped out, so they can only afford to surround him with 10 D-leaguers
    then we can watch him chuck up 30 points on 50 shots a game
    then we can watch them get blown out everynight
    then lakers fans can tell us how great he is cuz he leads the league in scoring and he deserves every cent

    Bryant is easily the best SG in basketball. Guy is on a sorry ass team, and every team just gameplans to stop Bryant, hence the poor shooting thus far. I don't see anyone complain about James Harden shooting 35%. Guy disappeared in the playoffs every year of his career. What a clown. Bryant is in a league with Wade by themselves at the SG position.

    true true. With him though i think most of it is him just being so tall. I mean easy to get rebounds and block shots when you 7 foot.

    Both are shooting an amazing 25% from the field as well. You figure with Kemba Walker and Al Jeff getting alot of attention that'd leave stephenson some open shots, but he hasn't been shooting the ball well. Once he gets it together (if he does) he should be having an all-star type season, but not with this lousy early shooting woes.

    Nah, I don't think it's that bad...I have him on my fantasy team and I'm pretty sure he's about 3-10 shooting per game...It's not good. Also have kobe, at least Stephenson knows when to not chuck up shots if they aren't going in...Kobe just rip off 30 pts a game on 35 FG's.

    LOL...and as comical and ludicrous as this sounds...this is precisely what is going to happen, as Kobe WILL in fact resign after his two years are up..the contract was only two years because of the above35rule....where no player over 35 can sign for more than 3 years....
