Gotta admit that was the purest airball to end a game I've ever seen.

He just made the second half court shot of the night. The first one didn't beat the clock.

    Best shooter ever easily

    not even a question anymore

the leap this guy has taken from last year to this year is incredible

he was a top 5 player in the league last year

now he's arguably the 2nd best (after lebron, who is better all around i'd say)

Him and Durant have the silkiest jumpers of all time.

Hasn't done it enough time yet. Needs 2 more mvps...he us extremely good right now...but an injury if he gets one can change that.

Not according to some people in this thread started over a year ago.

    He was also drafted seventh.

New to this thread, I/O nails it.
Larry Bird before all the back injuries is the correct answer.
Larry Bird's shot was next to impossible to block because the release was from so far over his head unless you were Manute Bol, you could't block it.

It was so hard to defend him because his arsenal was any shot, anytime, from any place, and the shot was usually money.

Having said that Ray Allen was the best catch and shoot shooter of all time, and people who determine such metrics say Allen had the quickest release of all time.
Greatest free throw shooter of all time

Know why my screen name is Steve Nash?
Because I loved the guy when he played basketball, he had a very smooth shot.

Durant shoots his 3s when he reaches the height of jump, while Curry shoots his 3 pointer on his way up.
