i severely overrated Heat D, they're getting destroyed by Spurs O, the series is OVER

83% of teams who lead 2-1 in the finals, win the finals. the Spurs will win and lift that percentage, not drop it,

Heat D a step or two behind every rotation, they cannot find the open guys the Spurs have who are consistently running to spots and their teammates are finding them, the Spurs O is one of the smoothest running offenses in NBA history,

they have reinvented themselves from the teams that won titles in 99, 03, 05, 07

CONGRATS TO SPURS BACKERS I WAS DEAD WRONG

Popovich and the Spurs and all of you who picked them to win series

At least you see the light and won't get buried chasing on game 4 like most of the board.

Seems like you are cutting your losses kind of early. Maybe a reverse jinx thread? A long way to go. Now if SA wins Game 4, then maybe this thread is understandable. But The King down 2-1 and OP is calling it over? No way.

No jinx at all. just using the eye test of games 1-3. yes if lebron does not miss the last 8 mins of game 1 w/ the cramp maybe the heat win. or maybe not.

i am extremely bothered by how many open looks the spurs have had in games 1-3. great spurs O and bad heat D. it does not bode well. the heat cannot find these guys when heat are on D. they are lost. spurs O is on another level. it's incredible. the hell with tonight's shooting pct i am just talking about pure basketball genius of ball movement, player movement, find the open guy almost every time.

miami must win 3 of the next 4 to beat the spurs

    not happening

That attitude right there sums up the series. When things get tough, the Rangers fold while the Kings fight back every game and fought back from a 3-0 deficit themselves.

    Fck it, go Spurs.

Spurs have too many good players, the series is over and the Heat do not win another game.

Put James on Parker. That seemed to work well in game 2 win for heat.

after game 1 -> heat done, spurs cant be beat

after game 2 -> spurs too old, lebron is the goat, he will carry his team to a 3rd straight title

after game 3 -> heat overrated, spurs are so much better, heat have no chance in hell

bunch of idiots on this forum, opinions change depending on which team won the last play/quarter/half/game. which is why there are thousands of sportsbooks around, nothing like a bunch of stupid degenerates to sustain an industry's profit margins

Lmao, this same exact shit happened last year.

    Spurs won game 1.
    Miami game 2.
Spurs blew them out game 3...think it was even worse last year.

Miami hasnt lost a game with their backs to the wall in 3 years...goodluck to the Spurs in game 4.

Cannot compare the 2-1 leaf the spurs had last year because Miami had home court so gm 6 and 7 were at Miami.

This year game 6 at Miami and game 7 at San Antonio.

U have to trust your eyes. The heat are simply not as good as last year on defense, perimeter, and bench.

I did not day anything after gm 1 nor game 2 but after watching every minute of the first 3 games I can't deny the spurs are much better and it will take a minor sports miracle for the heat to win the series

I've been on the Spurs since the beginning, them barely winning game 2 didn't change anything. Look at the Spurs wins and look at the one Heat win, these teams aren't equal. The sooner people realize that, they might win some money.
