Nonsense. They did one better. They got the Sterling Trust via Shelley Sterling as trustee to indemnify the NBA. So if he "wins" then it comes back through the Sterling Trust. That's what they call a phyrric victory. His only chance would be to sue his Trust and sue Shelly Sterling as trustee.

But the old man's so confused he don't know what to do. He will relent again ans go away and come next season he'll get his dough and we'll never hear from him again. The NBA is safe.

Originally, Donald Sterling didn't have the authority to stop the sale of his team because he had been determined to be mentally unfit to make decisions related to the family trust, so this game he's playing with the courts I'm wondering why he's mentally unfit in one aspect...and he's fine in another?

Well, there could be different standards. In any case, nobody is saying he's fine now to sue the NBA. I don't even know that he's actually done anything. He seems to change his 'mind' every other day.

Correct, its like a private country club, you can be stripped of your ownership even though you did not break any laws.

NBA trying to kick him out

if he owned a greek team it would be business as usual

turkish league also would be more than happy to have him as an owner
