I like Heat to romp... I think they turn it up defensively, hold Indiana in the 80's and win by double digits.

Over is the play here , big effort by heat on game 2 they can't afford to go 2-0 down, thought they were out worked in game 1

Totally agree! The refs know there is bad blood so they'll keep blowing the whistles to keep them from clubbing each other. No way possible James shoots 3 ft's again or whatever it was. Hibbert/West are still going to score inside all day too....Miami's bigs aren't growing from Sunday. 98-93 Heat

I read this just now and its a very good point

When the Heat trap and blitz and try to speed up the game, the result is, they speed up the Pacers' offense, which often gets bogged down with the ball sticking on one side of the floor. The Heat essentially force the Pacers to move the ball more quickly than normal, and that's a good thing for Indiana.

If James does not score 40+ points they have no shot tonight

He just has to play isolation basketball and beat them one verse five

Should be a close game imo. Indiana wins by 2 or 3 pts in regulation or OT.

This is easy folks. Take Miami and the Over. Do you really think Miami is going down 0-2. Do you really think James doesn't put up 35+ points. Pound the books!!

Anyone know who the refs will be? Was thinking Miami tonight and seeing Joey Crawford would put my mind at ease.

no idea about refs, I am sure it matters. NBA refs under pressure, as far as rating Indy CANNOT WIN

I saw in another thread that Crawford had the game and that dogs are 9-1 in these playoffs with him.

A lot of pressure on Heat tonight, will also be highly rated game. I think it will be closer although same outcome. The luck of the Heat is going to run out.

Couldn't agree more. They got the Game 1 bounce, just can't see that happening again.

Joe Crawford gave Lebron a 6th foul for nothing in Indiana last year or that series prob was over in 6. Was like a 2 or 3 point game with like 40 seconds Heat had ball trailing and threw him out for nothing.

yeah but do they need to. indy owns miami on the boards. both teams shot about 50%

wouldnt touch the heat with a 10 foot pole. INdy +655 to win it all looking nice

Or maybe if Vogel doesn't take Hibbert out at the end of gm 1 then Pacers win in 6

I didn't like what I saw from the heat at all, even during the nets series. too much standing around, not a lot of ball movement. even with lebron's 49 points, the game was difficult for them to close out the nets. if you're one of those that tries to think "what the NBA wants", wouldn't there be more drama for the heat to have to come back from down 0-2? that said, I still don't know who I like to win this game between a stagnant looking heat team and a hot and cold Indy team.

5dimes has Indy to win the title at +655

really i think they are 50/50 to beat the heat. in reality maybe even better 55/45

lebron has 2 titles. first title #1 seed chicago lost rose in the first round. next title ray allen hit that miracle 3 to tie up game 6 versus the spurs. heat arent dominating anybody any time soon

i think indy wins this series and gives spurs all they can handle. only value left is indy futures cause ppl think lebron is God and that the spurs are the 86 celtics

indy does not matchup well with the spurs. u can't pick anyone except miami to beat the spurs, and that's a stretch.

I must be the only one who thinks Miami is in serious trouble, this team has had Miami on their mind for a year and it showed in Game 1, too much size and physicalness for Miami and ultimately too much determination this year.

well, bosh missed everything in game one. if he shows up with around 20 pts a game, the heat can win. he is more than capable of this output.

What is a better story than Heat going down 0-2 and winning next 4 straight? Heat losing here doesn't mean they are done - agree NBA wants Heat in finals but unless they feel they are totally out matched - tonight is not a "must-win" - go down 0-2 - hold serve at home and its suddenly a 3 game series with Miami having all the momentum.
