    I wouldn't read anything into that. We've only had 11 playoff seasons since the first round went to best of 7. Boston did it once. Mavs were 50-50 to do it in 2003 if not for Dirk's knee injury in the WCF. The lower seeds in the Western conference this years are all really good teams.
