    Coaching is overrated in most sports it's all about the players

    The biggest asset of a coach is keeping pace in the locker room and making the team play together and hard

    Only in the NFL I would say clipboards can matter

    Will be interesting to see if he can do better than Jackson with the same roster. Aside from Barnes they don't have that many trade assets (assuming Curry and Thomson are untouchable) and his trade value is at an all time low after this past season.
