Anderson also seriously thinks he's Magic reincarnate.

The Bulls scouts look for very specific talent, and neither of these guys are on their radar. I almost guarantee it.

Anderson can think he's Magic pt 2. He's not, he is good though. Can he guard the likes of Lebron/Melo? Nah. Would I rather have him or Dunleavy starting at the 3? Simple.
Bring Dunleavy off the bench to provide more scoring. Or if D Rose does come back and is HEALTHY, we'll need guys like Dunleavy on the team to spot up for jumpers. Would much rather have Dunleavy paired with Rose than Anderson paired with Rose.

But Anderson could be a nice guy to have come off the bench when Rose is out for his 10 minutes a game.

I say Anderson would be a nice grab for the team and let thibadeou work his magic on him.

Bulls didn't draft him, and Korver came in a filled a very specific need. You don't draft spot up shooters unless they're Ray Allen. You pick them up for pennies during free agency. They're as plentiful as combo guards.

Based on the draft express mock, and my presumption they're looking to bolster the front court depth, as well as looking for a starting 2 to provide instant offense, and maybe get a backup for Rose, in order I'd rather have Payne, James Young and maybe TJ Warren.

That said, Kyle is about as versatile as it gets. He's slower than shit, and not very imposing athletically. But he knows the game well, and has insane fundamentals. I just don't know how well that translates to the NBA, especially with his size.

exactly. Hansborough is a bust too but he was good in college.

the NBA is a league for blacks and europeans.

Scouts are not just used for college players

aren't free agents a bigger investment?

if a team is willing to sign and play inferior talent like Boozer, Korver, Jimmer ect

they'll take a flyer on 20 year olds that come cheaper and are still teachable

NBA teams don't like to draft older players. They feel younger players have a higher ceiling. You draft a kid at 19 and in 5 years he's only 24. He has 5 years of NBA experience and probably another 11 years of playing if he leaves the NBA at 35. You draft a kid at 26 in 5 years he is 31 and already out the door at 35.

Gotta point out that Donte had family and money issues while Ennis doesn't. Donte regretted it but thought he had to do it. Not taking a shot at you but he gets so much hate even from Cuse fans and he was a good dude.

I don't get Kane at #50 either. My guess is his age and lack of explosiveness is why scouts are so low on him. Most of his scoring comes from him over-powering smaller guards, not sure if he will be able to do that at the next level. Regardless, I'd take a blind Kane over Aaron Craft any day.

Kane should make it to the league one way or another. Somewhat unrelated, but I don't understand how nobody is giving a second look to Terran Petteway. Nebraska isn't great, but he has single-handedly taken over games this season.

why the hell do the Bobcats keep drafting white players ?

They all turn out to be bust.

    1st Adam Morrison -Bust
    2nd Cody Zeller- Bust
3rd- Doug McDermit- def a bust
Zeller is ok for the minutes he gets.

Is Petteway going pro for sure? I don't think he's a senior this year.

I never bet props/futures like this, but if I did I think No at +170 has good value. Isn't it kind of a 3-way toss up for the #1 pick between Parker, Wiggins and Embid?

I'd personally take Parker over Wiggins, though I wouldn't expect either to save my franchise.

Embiid's back would scare me. Wouldn't want to invest in a guy who is already dealing with back issues, even if they are somewhat benign right now.

As a Bucks fan being from Milwaukee (stinks I know), I want either Parker or Exum. Preferably Exum though since its a PG lead and we dont have a PG. Plus Giannis and Henson need more time to develop so why not throw Exum in there as well.. The length of that roster would also be insane. Exum, Giannis, Middleton, Henson, Sanders, etc..

Yes, Kane's size has been the issue. Working with Hoiberg in an NBA system will help his case. Also, he's appeared to have matured as well. All year the word is if he doesn't get drafted, he can make a good living overseas playing ball.

hard to take anything this mock draft says serious when they have shabazz napier going mid 2nd round.

im starting to think this class is somewhat overrated tho, parker does shit against mercer team loses, wiggins does shit against stanford team loses, i really wasnt that impressed with wiggins this year at all, parker at least had some big moments. wiggins was being compared to lebron james before the season.
