These are two pretty surprising teams in the East so far this campaign. Charlotte is the best road dog in the league going 9-1-1 and they are off a straight up buzzer beater victory over the Raptors plus the 7 points.
Detroit is 6-2 ATS and 7-1 SU vs. the Cats the last 3 years. The Pistons looked like they caught a flat spot in Boston after beating Indiana, but they came back from 21 down (11 at the half) to win their 2nd straight road game thanks to a great effort from Brandon Jennings. They are just 2-7 ATS in their last 9 at the Palace of Auburn Hills.
Road Dogs opening +5.5 are 11-3 ATS this year, but barely over 50% the L5Y.
You can get Charlotte at +6.5 right now, and that looks pretty good to me.
