Are the Knicks still the favorite to win their division at 5-14??

    ATLANTIC DIVISION
TEAM W L PCT GB HOME ROAD CONF DIV STREAK L10
    Boston 10 12 0.455 - 5 - 5 5 - 7 8 - 6 1 - 1 W3 6-4
    Toronto 7 12 0.368 3 - 6 4 - 6 4 - 7 2 - 1 W1 3-7
    Philadelphia 7 14 0.333 6 - 6 1 - 8 6 - 8 0 - 1 L2 2-8
    Brooklyn 6 14 0.300 3 2 - 6 4 - 8 3 - 7 1 - 1 W1 3-7
    New York 5 14 0.263 2 - 8 3 - 6 5 - 7 1 - 1 L1 2-8

Chandler coming back and the Knicks are going to make some kind of trade soon you can bet your cokk n balls on this.
Are they still the favs to win this division?
    Or is it the Nets?

I'm kind of biased being a Knick fan but I think they are still in the driver's seat here.
Nets are old garbage and the Kidd hiring is obviously a disaster so far.
Can't believe that pussy move he did spilling that drink still.
Shows you he is either still hooked on pills or drinking still. Or just really the dumbest fukk alive.

Someone post the division prices in the morning when you see them please.

Who the fk is gonna come out on top in this slop-fest?

I don't have division odds but as far as EC odds go...

    Heat -130
    Pacers +170
    Nets +1400
    Bulls +1400
    Knicks +2200

    Rest are irrelevant.

Cleveland wants to make a trade to seem viable in the Eastern Conference. As far as the Atlantic division goes, the Celtics have a great coach in Brad Stevens who won't let them tank this season away and they probably take the #3 seed. If I'm the Knicks, I'd trade Melo for a top 8 draft pick if I could....maybe to Toronto who wants to unload big contracts by the end of this year and maybe get their first rounder and Kyle Lowrie in return.

why would anyone trade for melo when he can opt out at the end of this year? especially a team like the raptors who have 0 shot to win this season, which would be the only one they'd keep melo for.

Exactly. Trade Melo to a team that wants to make a run at it this year. If Toronto does not want to, then Cleveland might. Cleveland is still looking to make a big splashy trad this year and get good....maybe Melo for Dion Waiters and their first round pick.

melo puts people in the stands … but won't ever win an NBA championship unless he plays with lebron .. i can see someone taking him and some people are saying he might be moved by the deadline because he will leave in FA .. call me a homer but i like the nets to still with that division … starters have only played 94 minutes together all season..

Any trade involving Melo would only be a sign and trade deal for that team, and it is highly unlikely Melo will go to a team and sign a deal he probably wants to be a free agent again, so I don't see him going anywhere. I love the guy but I wouldn't be mad to see him leave the Knicks. Fun to watch, but will never be a winner most likely unless he gets some stars to cheat and team up with him like Lebron did.

The NBA East is a big disgrace this year and I think ratings are down

The Knicks and the nets are two of the worst teams in the NBA

    Agreed.
NBA sucks because there are no more rivalries anymore and bad blood.
Everyone jokes with opponents during games, sucks each other after them, then form circle-jerks in the off-season and scam up unfair teams like that homo Lebron did.

NBA needs to stop being ALL about entertainment, and give a little more towards competing to be the best player and team in the world.

Thats your worse post ever makes zero sense,,,,,for one thing Kyle Lowry plain suks he is a human ball delay that's why he cant stick with a team. The knicks without a superstar would have the fans in rage also. This team is in trouble they may as well get another thug and try Bynum

Yep and somehow either the big market of Lakers or Knicks will play in the Lebrown free agent roll to save a big market and the NBA
